These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of products from Vapesale ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order you accept these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Who we are

2. Eligibility and age
Our products contain nicotine, which is an addictive substance. You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age for purchasing nicotine products in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By ordering you confirm you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request age verification and to refuse or cancel any order where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
3. Orders and minimum quantities
We sell at wholesale quantities to both businesses and private buyers. The minimum order is 10 boxes (100 pieces). Flavours may be mixed within the minimum order. An order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed only when we confirm the order and issue a proforma invoice or dispatch confirmation.
4. Pricing and payment
- All prices are quoted in EUR and exclude VAT and shipping unless stated otherwise.
- Tiered pricing applies: the unit price depends on order quantity, as shown on each product page.
- We accept bank transfer against a proforma invoice. Goods are dispatched once cleared payment is received.
- We may correct pricing errors and will notify you before processing an affected order.
5. Delivery
We ship from our EU warehouse to all 27 EU member states. Standard delivery is 2 to 5 business days after cleared payment. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery. Customs and duties within the EU are handled from our bonded warehouse.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
Where the law grants a consumer right of withdrawal, it applies as set out in your national legislation. Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery, may be exempt from withdrawal. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence; we will arrange a replacement or refund for verified claims.
7. Compliance
Products are sourced from established manufacturers and held in a TPD-compliant EU warehouse. You are responsible for ensuring resale or use complies with the laws of your own jurisdiction, including any registration, labelling or tax obligations.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia and the European Union. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Latvia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
