How wholesale ordering works (and why private buyers use it too)

Most people assume 'wholesale' means you need a business, a VAT number and a warehouse. For disposable vapes, that's not the case. The only real requirement is a minimum order — and at that quantity, the price-per-device drops far below anything you'd pay in a shop. Here's how ordering actually works, whether you're stocking a store or just buying for yourself.

Step 1 — Pick your products

Browse the catalogue and shortlist the SKUs and quantities you want. The minimum order is 10 boxes (100 pieces), and you can split that across as many different flavours, SKUs and brands as you like. So a single minimum order could be ten different flavours, one box each — useful whether you're testing a range for a shop or just don't want to commit to one flavour for the next year.

Step 2 — Send an enquiry

Use the contact form or WhatsApp to tell us what you want. You don't need an account or a business registration. We confirm current stock, lock in the tier price for your quantity, and reply — typically within 24 business hours.

Step 3 — Receive a proforma invoice

We issue a proforma invoice in EUR covering your order plus shipping. You pay by bank transfer. There's no card checkout — this keeps pricing clean and is standard for wholesale.

Step 4 — We ship from the EU

• Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of cleared payment.
• Tracked delivery to all 27 EU member states, typically 2 to 5 business days.
• Customs and duties within the EU are handled from our bonded warehouse — you get a door-to-door delivery.

Is it worth it for personal use?

If you vape daily, do the maths. A flagship device that retails at €18-€22 can land around €6-€7 at wholesale tiers. A 100-unit order is two to three years of supply for a daily vaper, bought at roughly a third of retail — and locked in ahead of any future price rises. Even split across flavours so you don't get bored, the saving is substantial.
